Memberships

Our in-house membership plans provide the professional oral care that is an integral part of your overall health and are designed to provide you with customized care by keeping the financial investment simple, passing the savings to you, and focusing on your oral health. 

• Benefits start immediately, there is no waiting period.
• Includes hygiene visits, exams, & routine x-rays at no extra cost.
• The duration of the plan is 12 months and starts the date that you join. 

Our Prevention and Perio Membership Plans include a 10% discount on any treatment up to $1,500, or a 20% discount over $1,500.

• Including fillings, crowns, extractions, dentures, and implants. (lab fees may apply)
• Dental products such as bleaching, waterflossers, specialized toothpaste, toothbrushes and medicated rinses are NOT eligible under the membership discount. 

What else should I know? 

• Our membership plan is not insurance and is not a qualified plan under the Affordable Care Act.
• Our membership plan does not cover procedures completed by specialists outside our practice. 
• All benefits must be used one calendar year from the date the plan starts (benefits will not rollover).
•  Hygiene x-rays occur one time per year and may be a full mouth series, bitewings or a panoramic.
